We suggest you to take a look at the Price List before applying, most the times it does make sense to get the emulator but sometimes that's not worth , However we won't charge you even one penny before delivering the Trial Solution and also we have a FREE service for taking backup which is available only for whom has Original Dongle , We provide Trial test to Customers that had Original Hardware key , if you lost your key then we are unable to provide you the trial test before the payment.
We have a Policy for Emails , if you sent your order with a Free mail provider like ( Gmail, Yahoo, ... ) we have to reply back your request with our GMAIL Account , we reply the requests from the customer's official domain name with our @donglelabs.com email address. so if you sent your email with a free provider don't expect that we reply you with our company email address .. we're doing this to prevent Spams
